Activities of the Baja Sea Food Expo 2011.
With the participation of over five thousand visitors, we held the traditional event of Ensenada for families and tourists, organized by Canirac, the Fish and Seafood Festival.
This event that goes hand in hand with the Baja Seafood Expo, has acquired new dimensions; the quality of our products brought to the table with talent that generates international reputation to our restaurant industry.
On 2011, we managed to overcome the number of visitors compared to last year, increasing by 47%.
We offered gastronomic proposals of 21 restaurants and 7 wineries.
The 2011 edition counted with the kind sponsorship of Maseca, Casas Geo, Exa FM, Santo Tomás, Café La Negrita, Nextel, La Suiza and Baja Culinary Fest.
