Activities of the Baja Sea Food Expo 2011.
With the participation of 15 speakers and 220 attendees, the 3rd symposium was held with great success. The event tracked the national and international regulations on aquatic health, a critical issue for production success. It also sought safety in harvested and processed products as a facilitator of access to markets.
The event was organized by the Aquaculture Health and Safety Committee of Baja California, and was held on the premises of State Arts Center of Ensenada on September 22 and 23, 2011.
Five of the 15 speakers were foreigners, from the United States, Spain and Panama, the rest were national speakers.
Our 220 attendees who visited us, were from Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Sinaloa, Nayarit and Veracruz.
